The Minnesota Coalition for Battered Women is a statewide membership program of local, regional, and statewide organizations advocating on behalf of battered women and their children. Our mission is to end violence. We promote social change - individual, institutional, and cultural change to end oppression based on gender, race, age, affectional orientation, class, and disability.

The Coalition provides training and technical assistance to battered women's programs; is a clearinghouse of information; and organizes at the statewide level to end domestic violence through public policy advocacy, systems advocacy, media advocacy, and through special projects.
